The residential real estate market has been picking up as sales in Boca Raton area are up from last year.
With only 2 weeks left to go to finish off the 2010 year, we highly expect to surpass the 2009 year-to-date total. We look forward to bringing the current momentum into the New Year!

Last month's Boca Raton Executive Club meeting featured innovator, entrepreneur & philanthropist, John Ferber who sold his company to AOL/Time Warner in 2004 for $496 million dollars.
Executive Club member, Joanie Shagrin from SendOutCards.com remarked : "I found John Ferber's presentation on the internet, enreprenuership and the path to success so interesting. His point about allowing yourself to take risks that may lead to failure in order to reach success is so valuable. Selling his company for $500 million didn't happen overnight and didn't happen without previous stumbling blocks. Networking with the members at EC has been truly valuable to my business growth."
