What's Up Boca?

Wendy and I wanted to let you know that the market is still holding steady. Inventory is up slightly in our market as you can see from the graph below. Listings are up 4% and the good news is closed sales are up 12% with a decrease in sales price by about 10%. Our overall impression of the market is that there is still strong activity in our area and we believe it will be a good 2012 for everyone!

In addition, we would like to announce that the Boca Raton Executive Club resumed this month with featured speaker, Laurie S. Silvers. We had a tremendous turn-out with over 75 attendees. Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in the Ballroom at 12 - noon. Our scheduled guest speaker is motivational speaker, author and former Notre Dame Linebacker, Marvin A. Russell.
