Elliot Koolik Of Koolik Group Realty Featured On HGTVs My First Sale Episode Airing: Monday, August 29 At 10am

The fifth season of HGTV’s My First Sale kicked off last week with its first episode. Elliot Koolik, Broker of Koolik Group Realty in Boca Raton, Florida will air on the sixth episode of this season. The featured episode will feature a charming family home in Boca Vista in Boca Raton, Florida and is set to air Monday, August 29th at 10:00am on HGTV (Home and Garden Television).

The My First Sale series follows first-time home sellers and their real estate agent as they navigate the ups and downs of the real estate market. Elliot Koolik was selected for this national television show as he has been a leading force in residential real estate sales in the Boca Raton area for over 20 years.

Koolik’s episode will chronicle the journey of Michele and Steve, Boca Vista homeowners, as they are attempting to sell their home for the 1st time with the assistance of their realtor, Elliot Koolik of Koolik Group Realty.

Before taking part in HGTV’s My First Sale, Michele and Steve had their home on the market for over a year and received only low ball offers due to the tremendous competition and a challenging real estate market. Elliot Koolik started to aggressively market their home. The couple refused to give up and continued showing their home, even at the most inconvenient of times in hopes of moving closer to their children’s schools. Fortunately within a month, Elliot was able to find the right buyer at the right price and make Michele and Steve’s dreams come true.

“We couldn't let the tough Florida real estate market stop us from moving forward with our lives and having our children closer to their schools and friends." Stated the homeowner, Michele.

Koolik’s episode will feature the west Boca Raton neighborhood, Boca Vista; as well as, the Heron Bay community in Parkland, Florida.

“I have known Steve and Michele for over 20 years; in fact, Steve actually worked at Koolik Group Realty earlier in his business career. We had a great time filming the show but at the end of the day, this was real life. It was important to me to make sure that everything went smoothly on the sale and purchase of their new home. I could not be happier for Steve and his family.” said Elliot Koolik.

11 Reasons to Build a New Home in the Greater Boca Raton Area in 2011

Part 6 of 11: LOWER MONTHLY COSTS

Homes built today are much more energy efficient due to better insulation options, more efficient air conditioning systems, modern appliances, low voltage lighting choices and so much more. For example, a 30 year old, 4000 square foot home with a 2 zone a/c system costs almost $700 per month for electric during the summer months. A brand new, 6500 square foot home with all of the new bells and whistles averaged only $500 per month! In addition, as stated above, new homes with modern construction are eligible for many insurance discounts.

For over eighteen years, Ian Koolik, a licensed General Contractor has built a solid reputation as South Palm Beach County's most trusted home builder. Ian is committed to providing quality customer service to the community. Ian can help you identify properties that may be potential “knock-downs” and work with you to design and build your new home in a comfortable, easy and efficient manner.
