February Boca Raton Real Estate Update

I am happy to report to everyone that real estate activity has absolutely picked up. More transactions are being done, pricing seems to be leveling off and more investors are entering the market trying to seize the opportunities for the appreciation that we are bound to see in the next few years.

 One thing that has not changed in our area is that while the rest of the country is experiencing the worst winter in years; the greater Boca Raton area has had the best weather in the country! Although weather is not the only criteria for people to buy a home, the fundamentals as to why people want to be in our area have not changed: the weather, the lifestyle, and the lack of a commute to work are just a couple of favorable reasons.
